Banana "ice cream"
First of all, you need to freeze some cut up banana - I use one banana per person. Here is one I prepared earlier... 🍌🍌
Put the banana in your food processor (or whizzy machine, as it's known in our house), then whizzy up the banana until it's kind of grainy...
Then add whatever you fancy; I chose peanut butter, cacao powder and honey (1 tbs of each).
Then whizzy it up again, until it's all mixed.
Voila - chocolate, peanut butter "ice cream" 🍌🍫🍦
